“Seminar Hak Pengguna Dalam Perkhidmatan Komunikasi dan Multimedia”

CFM will be collaborating with SKMM to organize a consumer seminar with the following details:

PROGRAM

This program is a collaborative initiative to educate and empower consumers to make informed choices on communications and multimedia services i.e. telephone (mobile, fixed line), broadband, TV, radio, postal and courier.

There will be presentations from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM), CFM and Service Providers on the rights of consumers, addressing and highlighting issues relating to your communication and multimedia services such as service quality, billing and charging, SMS premiums, service coverage etc.

Consumers will also be presented with the current scams and frauds in the communications sector including ways and methods for detection, prevention and self-protection of such scams and frauds.

There is also a panel session with a few major service providers whereby the audience will have an opportunity to seek explanation and clarification on any related issues.
