Got a problem with your telco? Well, as recent events have shown, consumers dissatisfied with their mobile service usually resort to social media to air their complaints.

Soon, consumers will have an official forum to air their issues with their telco service when the Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM) launches its mobile app.

The My Mobile Rights app, as it's called, will allow users to lodge a complaint on communications and multimedia services right from their smart phone.

The app is due to be launched in two days so expect more information when launch date comes around.
